I wanna work at an area in which i would help children, especially teens with their personal, or family problems. I wanna have enough power to be able to legally take the child(ren) out of their home if their situation is that bad. Can someone please tell me what type of occupation fits me?

It sounds like you should be a social worker, maybe for the state. Then you would interview the children and their families, to make sure they are functioning well as a family. You could also be a child psychologist, which would let you discuss children's problems with them.
