I can remember some people with strange accent in English that tried to say they were from Hungary and they were offered something to eat instead. lol

I believe that 'YOU ARE HUNGRY' whereas you would refer to the other as 'BEING IN HUNGARY' or wotever, feel hungry now tho...lol
