Princess_dnb; I've already been! Thank you anyway!
Scattycat06; I seriously don't have time to read the entire book- my report is due monday. I have to talk about her for a really long time, and I don't think I have enough stuff on her to talk for the set amount of time, so I just need to elaborate.
Things that aren't confirmed or that have been debated as to whether or not they are facts, I can't use. However, if the facts were stated by Audrey herself, then of course I can use that. Quotes are acceptable, as are just plain old facts. Thank you for your time.

PEOPLE ATTENTION:: Ok, there are many sites for Audrey Hepburn.
http://audreyhepburn.50megs.com/about.html
That site above is GREAT for her. I, too, am doing a research report and also a separate book report, so I don't have time to read her books. ALSO: Wikipedia isn't a great source to find information, as people have the ability to change the bio.

Audrey Hepburn (May 4, 1929 – January 20, 1993) was an Academy Award-winning actress of film and theatre, Broadway stage performer, ballerina, fashion model, and humanitarian.
Raised under Nazi rule in Arnhem, Netherlands during World War II, Hepburn trained extensively to become a ballerina, before deciding to pursue acting. She first gained notice for her starring role in the Broadway production of Gigi (1951). She was then cast in Roman Holiday (1953) as Princess Ann, the role for which she won an Academy Award. She was one of the leading Hollywood actresses during the 1950s and 1960s and received four more Academy Award nominations, including one for her iconic performance as Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961). In 1964, she played Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, the critically acclaimed film adaptation of the play.
From 1988 until her death in 1993, she served as a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and was honored with the Presidential Medal of Freedom for her work. In 1999, she was ranked as the third greatest female star of all time by the American Film Institute in their list AFI's 100 Years... 100 Stars.

Audrey started new fashion trends...like the little black dress. She starred with almost every handsome leading man in Hollywood at that time. She was spokeswoman for Unicef. People thought she was anorexic but she was not. Just naturally thin. Other actors said she was a joy to work with. When she took the role in the movie "My Fair Lady" she felt bad that the role wasn't given to Julie Andrews. She had been picked but thought it should go to Julie b/c Ms. Andrews played it on Broadway. She is best known for playing Holly in Breakfast at Typhanys. I've seen her in an old interview w/ Barbara Walters: she seemed very peaceful, loving and kind. Still today still influences the fashion industry. Please let me know if any of this helped.

Now that you've gotten all the Googles you didn't want, Audrey was a great humanitarian and wanted to be remembered for her love of people and not her beauty or fame. She worked tirelessly for the poor and never demanded the spotlight that stars today crave.
