I know that this doesn't help now, but time really does heal all wounds. I would suggest that you go out and keep yourself active--this is a great time to join a sports team or try some new activity. Get involved with your favorite charity that you can work hard at, like Habitat for Humanity. The last thing you need to do is sit at home and dwell on your emotions. It will only make it worse.

It seems from your question that you have gone directly from one 'crush' to another. Perhaps you should ask yourself what life would be like if you did not have a female 'crush' to fill you up all the time.
You also state that 'she allowed you' to forget - you are in control of your own life - you chose to move your affections you do not need a female to make your decisions.
I don't think that it really matters whether you are happy for her or not - it is difficult to empathise with someone whilst you are hurting. There is a whole world out there to be explored and enjoyed be kind to yourself don't hang yourself up on relationships all the time.
Give yourself a break - and the next time you find yourself falling for someone be honest with them before you get in too deep.

Try to stop having crushes and get on with some real relationships otherwise this will keep on happening to you. The only thing to do is to tell the other person how you feel as early as you can after you start to want more, and see if they feel the same. People are not psychic and if they don't know how you feel about them then they will naturally move on to someone else.

I have felt that way before and it will pass with time, the pain. Have a really good cry and take some time with yourself to do something nice for yourself. Try to hang out with a different friend if you don't think you should be alone. If you don't feel like eating, then don't. It's better not to than to feel like eating too much. It will be okay, man....

If you have a deep crush for someone who doesn't even know you feel "that way" for her.... you are probably just transferring your old feelings from your previous cursh to this girl. I don't think the feelings for "her" are real. I think the feelings you have a very, very strong.... but I think you should look around and ask yourself why you feel so out of control. You are an important person, and you don't need another person to make you feel important.

You said that this crush allowed you to forget about your last crush right? Well maybe this is just another crush and you should get out and meet some more ladies, you might find one that crushes right back ;)

I'm sorry to hear you're feeling that way. It's tough to like someone and not be able to tell them:( But it also makes life exciting. Just think, you've got this whole extra side to you that people don't know about. Hang in there.

You need to take care of yourself now, when you feel disappointed and remember her, pamper yourself, do your favorite hobby, and sooner or later she will be only a friend to you.
