The rainforest's are doing just fine I know I lived in one for 12 years. The plants and rain is winning.

The real issue is what is happening to earth's resources as the human population continues to grow at an ever increasing rate. We are currently adding 170 people a minute to the world's population. every 4 days a million people are added to the world's population. And this rate is increasing.
