if the globe continuously rotated in different directions so the ground was always turning? ps. i mean if you were going backwards in time...

You are accelerated towards the center of the earth regardless of the earths orientation.

As Einstein would tell you if he were alive today "Everything is Relative".
If the whole world seems to have turned upside down, it is the same thing as you spinning around, you would continue to fall toward the Earth, no matter what happened.

Mind you, in HitchHiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Arthur Dent fell and missed the ground, thereby starting to fly, so you might have something there.

You fall toward the earth and time just goes on. It can't go backwards.
