If you're familiar with hypnosis, then you've no doubt heard of Master Hypnotist Steve G. Jones. His book, "Ultimate Conversational Hypnosis" has been voted as the best hypnosis course ever made. The book is also available in electronic format at: http://www.hypnosistocontrol.net
If you want to get an edge in everyday communication and lead other people towards your goals this is a must read.

A lot of people are under the impression that a person who is hypnotized do things against their will and can be made do anything.this is not true.what is happening is the hynotist is talking to the person subconcious.it can be used for many things not just entertainment.i know some people who have been hypnotized to quit smoking and have never touched another ciggarette.

I do not understand your question, however I will try to give some guidance.
Any person can be hypnotized - however you cannot do this against a persons will. As a therapeutic tool, it is very powerful and can resolve all sorts of problems ranging from the simple - helping a person to stop smoking - to - overcoming phobias, OCD, panic attacks.
It is also very powerful in performance enhancement for sport, business and school.
It is a rubbish stage show (in my opinion) and should never be use to attempt to control others.
When fused with NLP is the most powerful change tool imaginable..

Hypnosis is a valid phenomenon that works in some instances on some people. I've known people who smoke that get off it for a time due to one hypnosis session, but after a while the effects wear off and hypnosis does not work on everyone.

If you have a willing subject, really anyone can do it. You can hypnotize yourself, autohypnosis, I've done it. Our subconcious minds are very open to suggestion, so you must be cautious. In order to be successful (at anything), you must first believe. If you doubt it, then it generally won't happen.
