Culture??? I wish everytime someone hurt my feelers I could have got them fired or in trouble what he said was a little insensitive but HOLY COW!!! When did we as americans become such whiners!!!!!!! I think its time for us a s a nation to grow up and quit bein so sensitive seems the Imus issue got more people stirred up than VT which is very wrong and sad!!! Sticks and stones people what are we teachin our kids to do besides everytime somethin doesn't go our way to whine or complain or there will be someone out there to gve ya what ya want?? No. The turning point in American culture will be when we as a nation become more educated and more tolerant. Spinmeisters will always be among us, but it's up to us to decide wether or not we swallow their trash. We push math and science because of its economic implications & applications because, unfortunately, in a capitalist society it's always about the money. If we pushed social studies as equaly we would be more culturely balanced.
