Thanks for looking. Earlier tonight my sister came to me crying saying that my little niece 4 years old (her daughter) had told her that the husband of the lady that runs a licensed state childcare place had been touching her. She said he has started kissing her on the neck and touching her below. This is a child care run out of a home where a lot of kids are. We took her to the hospital to get checked but nothing was found, so that was great that he hadnt done anything intense with her. The police officers took a report and asked a lot of question to my sister. Does anyone know what happens next? Will they close down the childcare place? The people have 2 children of their own, what happens to them? Thanks in advance.

Im sorry to hear that happened to your daughter. I am glad the lady got what she deserved. Im sure my niece isnt lieing, because she didnt say they were bubbles. She said he was kissing her neck, and feeling her butt and vagina. I really hope he gets what he deserves. Thanks for all the answers.

There will be an investigation, the day care will be closed down temp, at first, and then perm. if they find probable cause. The man will be processed in jail and then he will have to get a lawyer to defend himself. He will be either put in jail or be put on probation. There is a good chance that the children will be taken away if the husband does not leave the home. They will probably end up in a divorce, he will be marked for life, and have to tell the community every time he moves if he is found guilty. I hope that this is a genuine report, because this will probably destroy his life. If he was just blowing bubbles in her neck or playing that way because he is loving it could backfire and destroy him. Children have been told so often to report if they feel a strange touch, they sometimes don't understand the line anymore because of all of the pressure. I am glad that she came to you, because so often this stuff goes unreported and the creeps get away with it. You may want to check with other parents to see if their children have had any problems themselves. I wish you the best. My daughter was abused in a state ran day care, and this woman was shut down also. The bi*** burned my six month old baby with an iron on her back! The report did shut down her day care business. Thank God.!!

There will be a very intense investigation. Your niece will be interviewed again. Other than the police, the licensing board will get involved as well as what ever child protection agency your state has. Depending on how forthcoming the offender and other victims are, action to close the center could be very quick. If the investigation has to slog through repeated denials, then it might take some time.

The suspect will be investigated and if there is probable cause, he will be charged in court. When found guilty, he will be imprisoned in jail.
