Probate!!!! I think that the law on Probate causes a lot of misery and upset. If there is a slight fault in the Will it causes a lot of unecessary complications until it is sorted out. Sometimes the Probate Office gives the estate to a complete outsider because it has not thought things through properly.

I would like to change the law on Human Rights because never has any Law been more exploited than this one. It is in desperate need of ammending.

The law that allows those that can afford it, to have wells drilled in their gardens to do so as to bypass hose pipe bans.
It is so hypocritical AND void of any sense of ethics; they contribute to hose pipe bans by robbing the groundwater for the sake of keeping up appearances (in this case of the green lawn).

Any convicted paedophile would receive capital punishment automatically. Additionally, the child's family would be offered first choice as to the method of execution.
No appeals, ifs, buts, or maybes... :(

Change the law for sentencing if they say four years they mean four years and not two if they say life that's what they mean why cant ppl say what they mean and mean it

The repealing of all anti discrimination legislation, replacing it with a requirement for businesses to state their discrimination policy to avoid wasting people's time.
Reason - to restore freedom of choice.
