It will resolve an ongoing argument between me and my father. He is convinced that there is not a chance of another life form out there, but my argument is that us humans evolved and adapted to live on this planet, so why is it not possible that the same could happen on another planet?

Not really. All we know is that it's in the temperature range for life. Th press is blowing it out of proportion. Let's hop on the shuttle and go there; it'll only take 800,000 years and by the way the red dwarf it orbits may be cold brown dwarf when we get there

haha.. yes.. it's very exciting.. but we will only have a comfirmation 20years later if the planet supports water.. so don't get too excited yet.. hahaha..
