Consider 50 million stars coming on each side of your head,hear them? Hell,yes!
Even if you weren't there it would be something to write home about.

The galaxies may collide, but very few of the stars within them will hit, because there is too much space between them. So, no, it won't make a sound.

no one is around doesn't means it does not make sound.. you cannot hear it outside the impact because there are no molecues to transfer the sound waves to you for you to hear it. but if you are in the impact area, you will hear it as planets, asteriods, commets, suns and lots of stuffs bang into your planet. this is because there is air molecue around you to transmit the sound wave to you. but i think you won't be able to hear it because you are dead by then..
