How old are you? If you're older, this can be a sign of menopause.
If you're young, Are you on the pill or the implant or something because this can affect it. Some peole when they change contraception can have a period that lasts weeks and weeks, which means they should get a new form of contraception!
Is your period heavy? If so, this could be bad for your iron levels, energy etc.
You should make an appointment to see your doctor as soon as possible - you could have something like a cyst or a polyp or the like, or it could be something to do with hormones, or it could be nothing at all - but you need to be sure, so go tomorrow.

This bleeding that you have had for 2 weeks is called breakthrough bleeding which can act a lot like a menstrual period. There are a number of things that can cause it such as infection. I would definitely recommend getting in touch with the dr to see what they think could be causing this to occur.
