The cup size is the size of your breast. You take it by measuring underneath your breasts and rounding that measurement up to a full number. Then you take a measurement around the fullest part of your breast and round that to the full number. Then take that difference. If its 1", its an A, 2" is a B, 3" is a C.

Yes, it relates to breast size. Take your measurement just below your bust, say it is 32in. Now take it again over the fullest part of your breasts, say you get 33in. Your cup size is an A. If it's 34in, your cup size is a B. If it's 35in, it's a C, and so on.
