Possibly, "back born" is a common phrase for when the baby about to be born is facing front, with its back to the mother's back, instead of facing the mother's back. This is a much more difficult and painful delivery position for the mother.

If the person who said that to you a non-native English speaker ,then it means "your person who is born after you" in other sense it means "a younger sibling whom you were born before he/she was born"

Sounds funny but that's it.
