Generally no, men do not lactate (produce milk). It is not impossible though. If stimulated with the right hormones they certainly can. Some men do develop breast tissue due to a hormone imbalance - gynocomastia. Men and women have the same hormones - just in different rates.
Some men even have a radical mastectomy to remove them (the breasts).

No they don't have milk as they have no milk ducts to produce milk.
But men can get a milky discharge and if your are getting this go and see your Doctor ASAP as you may have an infection or hormone imbalance.
