Even if you are both healthy and doing everything correctly and tracking everything there is to track it can take up to 6mths to conceive. Some get lucky( I hope you are one of them) most couples actively trying to conceive takes more than the first time! There are only like 2 days when you are fertile enough to conceive. I would be having intercourse like every other day just to make sure you get those days. Good Luck!

I don't think anyone can give you a percentage...the body isn't a machine, there's no guarantee you will get pregnant even if you have sex the minute you ovulate, it just doesn't work that way.

If neither of you have fertility problems, your periods are regular and you're keeping track of your cycle and having sex on your most fertile days, you can most likely hope to be pregnant within a year or trying. If you didn't after that I would see a doctor to check everything is working ok.

Every healthy and fertile couple only has a 25% chance of conceiving in a month, whether it's their first try or their 100th try. Conceiving is not an exact science, there are a lot of variables involved. Even if ovulation takes place it doesn't mean fertilization will and even if fertilization takes place it doesn't mean implantation will and even if implantation takes place it doesn't mean the pregnancy will continue. All of these things are what goes into the 25% chance. Most miscarriages occur early in pregnancy where the woman didn't even know she was pregnant.

Having said that...if pregnancy was impossible, there'd be a lot less babies being born :) So really it all just comes down to chance--every couple trying to conceive wonders...is this going to be the month??

Good luck!

There is a 100% chances of being pregnant when you had unprotected sex and the girl was fertile during that time.
