As to what can be done to normalise your cycles it depends on the cause.
Have you had sex? Could you be pregnant? Home test or blood test at the doctors will tell.
Have you lost a lot of weight or are you extremely underweight? Do you diet severely? Are you extreme in you exercise routine? If your body is put under really strong physical stress this can put a stop to your cycles, as it will divert its limited resources elsewhere.
Emotional stress can also alter your cycles. Too much may shut down your hormones.
Have you come off the contraceptive pill or contraceptive shots? It can take a while for the body to get back into its own rhythm, just a matter of time.
Have you had poly-cystic ovaries, endometrotis, or other gynecological problems? You may need to get a check up.
Have you had a curette? This can delay the natural cycles too.
What can you do? Get a gynological check up. Change your lifestyle, if that could be a factor, then wait and see.

First of all make sure that you are not pregnant. Then you need to figure out what is causing the absence of your period. This can be brought on by rapid weight loss, stress, medication, too much exercise, to hard of work, just to mention a few. If you can't figure it out you need to go and see a doctor, because when that happened to me, it was cancer. That was my signal from my body that I had cancer and had I not taken the signal and went to the doctor, I would not be here today. Good Luck and I wish you the best.

Periods at this age could be irregular.but 2 months is big gap.If u had unprotected sex then u might be pregnant,so u should take pregnancy test at home and check.or if u r not sure then go to gynecologist as soon as possible.dnt neglect this.If u r overweight ,it could also be the reason for this.

If you are married and pregnant, you will get it after delivery. If not, there may be some harmonal imbalance. Consult your family doctor or drink Indian Mulberry fruit juice which will correct the harmonal imbalance if any.

Increase your iron by taking supplement like GERITOL. It is a liquid and taste nasty , it's old fashioned remedy but it works! Results in `wk or less. If u can't do that take iron supplement menses shoud come in 2wks, or eat lots of spinich or take birth control pills.

It could be that you are dealing with a hormone imbalance such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. The only way to find out for sure is to see your dr so that they can evaluate this to see what they think could be going on.

Check to see if you are pregnant first then if you're not, get on the birth control pill because this will make your period regular.
