As a person it seems that Rahul Dravid is a good man and also good batsman too. But he certainly is not a Good Captain; you may say that he is in the category of being a Mediocre Captain that India ever had.
On the other hand our great Dada Sourav Chandidas Ganguly was a Good Captain, but a bit hot-tampered who at times shot at his own foot by his arrogance.
Btw, we liked professionalism of Azharuddin as a captain, but he was very aloof when out of the field.

Rahul Dravid is possibly the worst cricket captain India ever had. He is uninspiring, unimaginative, lackadaisical and non-committed. Selfish to the core, he promotes and guards his own interests zealously. Interests of the team and team members are of secondary interest to Dravid. He should have been removed after India's exit from the World Cup 2007.

Rahul Dravid is not a good captain. Ganguly was a good captain surely. Dravid is not planning his game plan & is blindly listening to coach greg chappell who selects the players of his wish but not of talent. Dravid should suggest greg his opinion & game plan & how to execute it.

rahul dravid is a good captain.many say no but we have won many matches before the world cup during his captaincy.maybe it was india's ill luck to have lost in the world cup.we have given so many cricketers many chances and i do think dravid is a real good one and can continue as a captain

Sorry to say NO...But he is a good player and also a good team player...But not a good leader to lead a bunch of useless sheeps..
If he is a good captain...he would have retired/resigned/removed from Indian cricket team looooooooooong ago...

CERTAINLY NOT .
CAPTAIN IS A DIFFERENT MATERIAL .
RAHUL , IN MY OPINION , WAS NEVER A CAPTAIN MATERIAL & WILL NOT BE TOO IN FUTURE .
AS BATESMAN , HE IS EXCELLENT -- NO QUESTION ABOUT IT .
