All of the above please because A) I do need my teeth cleaned professionally, B) I'm starving (I don't drink or smoke so I don't care!) and C) I would love to get a decent massage for once that lasts longer than five minutes, know what I mean buddy?

Well, B) preferably...Option C) doesn't sound bad, but the word "treatment" is awfully vague.
