Beauty is in the eye's of the beholder. I doubt you can isolate one country to have the hottest girls because people have different tastes.
I've seen a few from the middle east, but I doubt they would be considered the hottest.

Although Id have to say Id pass on the middle eastern chicks Ive seen out here.
