if hair is considered as organic, can it be used as a fertilizer?

Hi,

Yes it can, but not in the form its in. During World War 2 when people were burned in concentration camps, their ashes, both hair ashes and body ashes were sometimes used as fertilizer. So technically yes, if you turn it to ash. It wont work if you just drop hair on soil.

I don't think so because they both have different components although both are organic compounds.
