how do people USUALLY deal with you???

I avoid them as much as possible.
I eliminate them from my personal life, as much as I can. I write off any who try to become "friends", as you can never be friends with people like that. In public, I've been known to identify them by name, as a statement...as in, "Is there some reason you're being such an a*******?" Usually public identification stops the issue.
In my professional life, and there are a slew of them there, I treat them professionally. I follow up with emails to every conversation, and keep track of every dealing with them. I keep my face very bland, and my tone even. The worst offender there hates to deal with me. He knows I recognize him for what he is, and he can't "get to me". It makes him nuts.

why deal with them? you can just ignore them. anyways i need more details what kind of @ssholes ur talking about. are they @ssholes becoz they ignore you? or are they @ssholes becoz they bother u?
