See a doctor and a dietician about losing weight. That should be your prime concern. Then worry about stunts

Losing 70-80 pounds is not really easy however there are ways to lose weight. Here are what I can recommend you to do:

1. Eat nothing just chew gums for 1 week.
2. Sleep 6 hours a day.
3. Proper Exercise.
4. Make love 4 times a week

for better results follow these steps:

1. Chew Gums for 1 week. on the 2nd week eat salad
2. Sleep 5 hours a day
3. Proper Exercise. (Sit-ups. Pull-ups. Latteral Raises. Weight Lifting)
4. Be Athletic. (Try to play kayaking. Rowing. Wall Climbing)
5. 7 days a week of making of love

About your acne problem:

just wash your face with the combination of warm water, salt and a 5 pinches of flour. put it all over your face after 10mins wash it. You'll see the best result in 1 month.

it's not necessary for a cheerleader to be a certain size. what counts most is the acrobatic ability the person is able to perform, plus posses the high spirits to root for the team, and to rally the excitement from the crowd.

there are many gymnasiums that offer gynastics. i think once you've gotten your flexibility down to pat, all you need after that is to learn the basic cheers and.

creativity is a must and when auditioning with cheerleading squads, you will be most likely be asked to perform your original cheer to the panel.

losng weight it the hardest part. it's not that i'm asking you to be a certain size, but if you have a heavy body weight, it may be hard on yourself to push the harder cheers that may require a lot of jumping, and rolling. make sure you are at a weight that you can carry while still being able to execute the cheers.

remember, cheerleading is a lot of exercise and makes out a BIG workout at the end of the day. are you ready for the mental & physical challenges ahead?

Looks like you already know the answer to me. But just in case you don't...first off, you have to lose weight and a lot of it. Cheerleaders usually weigh in around 100 pounds. Next, buy and use Proactiv to get rid of the acne. You need to be on stretching and limbering exercises which will help you to lose weight. Start attending football games with a camcorder. Film the cheerleaders as they go thru their routines. Practice with them in front of your TV. Become friends with cheerleaders and explain to them your goal and ask them for help. Then when you have accomplished all this (about a year from now), go to your school's try outs. AND JUST GO FOR IT! Good Luck!!!

Speaking as a coach, I don't care what you weigh. In fact being heavier can be a plus in basing stunts. As long as you are fit and flexible enough to dance and jump and tumble, then the weight is not really an issue. So focus on being able to dance fast for 5 minutes, that way you won't be the least bit winded after a 2.30 routine.

If you want to do it, go for it.

My guess is that you have better qualities in life than wasting it on cheerleading. Those squads want people to do back to front handsprings to start with, then they can work with you.

I could only do back handsprings. I was better at playing softball. My guess is that you do better doing chess or debate or chemistry labs than any cheerleader would.

My point is, be yourself, not what the "cheer coach" wants you to be. You have many more worthwhile talents that those cheerleaders will lose in HS or college, so your talents go way beyond that. Please develop your skills further and maybe you can ask later, how can I get a PHD.......when the cheer leaders are asking, how can I cope with four kids in today's society.....

ps, my daughter is very athletic but chose to play softball, since I played it in HS. She is very uncoordinated, but since she hits the ball well, she made the team. Just because I did well in it, I don't excpect her to be like me.....

sounds like you just arent made out for it, it's not that great anyways. you know how to lose weight, by running until you drop dead and eat healthy, should take you about 6 months to lose that much weight. acne will naturally go away cant do anything in the world to make it just go away, time is the only thing. altho u can wear alot of makeup to cover it up but that only makes it worse as you can see a neverending cycle

change your diet by eating a lot of vegetables and less junk food. That will not only help you lose weight, but it'll help clear up your face too.
