Most of my life. The greatest love of my life was 4'7" with a lopsided head with a dent in it. When I see her picture now, she looked like a Holocaust survivor but she was the most beautiful person in the world and I still dream of her all the time 10 years later.

Yes it has happened with me.
on our first date I just could not believe that I was sitting in a cafe across my bf and was staring away at him deep into his eyes while the waiter was hovering over my head for our orders, and i was like this the entire evening. and when we got up to go some ppl in the cafe applauded (as i kissed my guy there) and other ppl were looking at me as if i was nuts to the core.
hehe i was being myself and could not stop kissing my dude.
embarrased and red we ran out as fast as we could!

Yes and I lived through a lot of vicious gossip for it but if you're happy, then it doesn't matter what other people think. Its worth it.

Yes, several times. When in love who cares what others think? I wouldn't give up my positive feelings for another just because someone else didn't like them. Maybe they are just jealous...

Yes, and I am still dating her. I know it might sound harsh towards my girlfriend but it's not.
