May I suggest you take the last paragraph and put it as your second paragraph and take the 4th paragraph and use it as your closing statement. The fourth paragraph seems to suggest what to do to create capital to provide the tools and supplies necessary to cultivate food for the hungry and jobs for the poor to earn that capital. Hope this helps.

Maybe if you combine the population of all the people in the US and the UK, and Russia and Japan and Germany (747,264, 977) and used that to compare the 840 million people who suffer from malnutrition. State it something like; that would be like starving all the poeple in all of those countries. I personally approve of your last statement.

This problem unofotunately remains blind to those who Can do anything about it. so why havent they done anything. i would end it with something stating the importance of taking notice of the facts, and how no one seems to care. our govt. has no interest there so they choose not to interfere. our people have mixed ideas about the problem and in the end do nothing because we as individuals have said, how can i (one person) make a difference?
something to that effect i believe would be a good ending. put it in the right words and youll have a great ending.

CONCLUSION

The conclusion serves to give the reader closure, summing up the essay's points or providing a final viewpoint about the topic.

The conclusion should consist of three or four convincing sentences. Clearly review the main points, being careful not to restate them exactly, or briefly describe your opinion about the topic.
