Outside of a nudist colony, anything outdoors and in the public as that will more than likely net you a citation for indecent exposure.

And if you want something in particular: ice fishing. That's just asking for frostbite and hypothermia/early death.

I know this might sound weird, but DO NOT dry off a cat nude. I used to bathe our cats by getting in some swim shorts and bathing with them. One day while drying myself and Fred off, I started to change and for some reason he gouched me right in the nads.

Walk around out doors nude.

Be around animals in general, they are unpredictable. One of our kittens used to climb our legs, I was in shorts, YEEOUCH.

Anything that involves sharp objects, especially if these objects might go near the nethers.

Anything that might result in needing to leave the house quickly.

Cooking, cooking grease stings.

Frying anything in the frying pan -- burns from popping grease?

Skiing -- you might get frostbite?

Yardwork -- someone might call the cops on you for indecent exposure?

Driving -- what are you going to do if you get pulled over?

Tree climbing -- you might get all scratched up?

These were just the first few to come to mind...

Going to work
It would be the most embarrassing thing you would probably have done at work.

Running
It isn't good for the genitals to be out like that when you're running, it can hurt for both men and women

Snow skiing (or any winter sport), paintball, beekeeping (ouch!), football, hockey, babysitting (how many ways could this be harmful not only for you, but for the kids?).
