Go out for a walk alone in the woods and bring your camera. Prepare yourself for a couple hours of walking and if needed bring some munchies along. I would look for that special spot to sit, whether it be a scenic view or a private cove. Once you find your place, take a break and relax. Let all of your life's troubles evade you and try to absorb your surroundings while carrying the mindset that you only have a given amount of these moments to respect. Please enjoy and now you are ready to shoot some photographs without interference.
