In Southern CA, has anyone dealt with the company Inland Valley Legal or Paralegal, and has been the victim of fraud by a man named Charles Taylor? If so, please E-mail me, I need to know how many of us there are out there. I have found a couple already. Thanks for your considerations.

FYI, to use the title "paralegal" in California, the individual must be working under the supervision of an attorney. To use the title otherwise is chargeable as a criminal offense.
A "legal document assistant" is a regulated title. LDAs can prepare documents without attorney supervision, but they can be sanctioned if they go beyond what they are permitted to do.
Your remedy will depend upon how this person did business and the nature of the fraud.
