Help with a song please? If you watch the show House!?

Ok, the "House" that was shown April 24, 2007 (Tuesday), there is a song near the very end of it where Eric is sitting in Doctor House's office talking about the woman's death and how guilty is pointless. There is a song playing in the background along with the dialog. I would like to know that song or at least a line or two so I might search for it. >.<;; Thanks.

I missed the episode, but it may have been "Follow the Leader" by Matthew Ryan featuring Kate York. This is according to Fox's website for House, IMDB episode listing, and Myspace (Matthew's page where you can hear the song).
