With the bulk of forces in IRAQ, and this new 15month deployment strategy, where each unit will stay at home for at least a year, isnt it so convenient that this military plan seems to be just enough to last until bush's term ends?
Because theres no way that we have the bulk of our force deployed, and now extended, and the bulk of forces will need at least a year -- whichmeans we will have a small group of newly deployed soldiers there to enforce while the bulk of our soldiers come home to rest.
Thats perfectly timed when Bush's term is up -- do the math.
So basically this president has manipulated a plan that carries forth until his term ends, and he really does pass on a troubled plan to the next president.
So much for Bush carrying about the american people.
What a president this guy is huh?

i hate our current president!
i think he acts more like a king than a president
it seems like everything has to go his way!
he is not even lisenting to the people,
what kinda president is that? where has our democracy gone?
anyways i think he should just really see what the people want and really realize what is best for not only this country but for other countries as well!
BUSH SUCKS!

First, I agree with what your question asks, to a degree.
Bush is not the mastermind behind any of it though. The man can't speak in complete sentences, let alone plan the math of any of this. If you asked George Bush what 2+2 was and he said 5, you know he's wrong - everyone knows he is wrong - but watch out, he'll just change the laws, and before you know it, your first graders are learning that 2+2=5. A bad example, perhaps, but not far from the truth.
Look for Cheney to be indicted about 12 months from now, and Bush to give him a pardon as he leaves office. Place your bets.
One thing I would like to point out is that you failed to capitalize American in your Bush caring for the country line. That's disturbing. Try the "Check Spelling" option.
edit:
PS - the guy that posted just above me. Michigan has a female governor, Jennifer Granholm. Yes, she is a two termer, but she is a Democrat. So what part of what you answered makes any sense?

A bag of Doritos could get elected right now, they're all gonna cry, "I'll Bring Troops Home" and 'I'll End The Iraq Occupation".
Truth is, politicians are appointed by the ruling elite, not elected, and Hillary was present at the 06' Bilderberg meeting as has every President just before alledgedly winning the US Presidential election.
You're all being fooled.

Typical lack of governance from the Republican Party. They lie, cheat, steal and make the Government so dysfunctional that when they are voted out of office, the Democrat is left to solve the problem. With Republicans trying to thwart their efforts all along the way so they can say that it's the Dems fault and use that argument to get back into power. Just look at all the unresolved financial workings of the previous Congress that the New Congress has to resolve.
Here in Michigan, we are suffering from the efforts of a two-term Republican Governor. He is the head of the American Manufacturer's Association--his reward for installing policies that made the Corporation's that he now serves rich.

My friend, the rest of the world has seen what Bush's plan really is in general a long time ago. It is only Americans who can't see that he's acting against his country's interests and the against the world's interest and voted for him again. And I am quite sure it is not only the fault of those who voted for him, but mostly the fault of those who didn't bother to go vote against him, even though they didn't want him. democracy only works when everyone votes (in Greece, where democracy was born as you know, the vote is obligatory).

He's a pretty dam good prez having to put up with the traitors trying to forfeit the war on terror. He would be much better if he was more forceful in his opposition to these traitors.
