I depends where you go. If you go to Cape Town Fish Market or Ocean Basket you are probably looking at about R80 per person obviously depending on what you order. The combo's which e.g linefish and prawns are about R79.00.
I highly recommend Cape Town Fish Market, I especially like the one in the Grandwest in the Casino.

The Ocean Basket is probably your most economical, value for money bet with a seafood platter with prawns calamari, linefish coming in at about R70 +. Waterfront branch is good - though hard to find tucked away upstairs behind the cinemas.
Cape Town Fish Market offers a great selection and is a bit more upmarket. I recommend Canal Walk or the Steenberg branches (not Waterfront, specially for sushi - something funny about their rice preparation there!)
The Blowfish in Bloubergstrand has amazing views of Table Mountain as well as awesome seafood of every description. That'd be the priciest of the three options. At least R80 per head for a main course, I'd say and seafood platter would be way more.

When last I was there it was about 60 Rand a head with a drink.
