naming coordination compounds?

Hey so my chem prof gave us a list of coordination compounds to name (or to conversely derive formulas). I'm having trouble with a few... any help?

1. a. [Co(NH₃)₄(H₂O)(OH)]Cl₂
b. Na[Fe(en)(Cl)₄]
c. [Cr(NH₃)₆][Co(CN)₆]

2. Need to write the formulas for these:
a. Dichlorobis(ethylenediamine)ch... nitrate
b. Tetraamminezinc(II) tetrachlorocuprate(II)
