Skateboard in that bad boy, and make a lot of noise. Nothing is more fun than making a bunch of loud @$$ noise with friends, legally, causing no harm. Especially if it's in the middle of the day, no one can do anything about it!
So, when it gets cold, if it does where ever you live, fill it a little with water with a hose and play on the ice that forms.
Fill it with water, and buy a lot of red food coloring. About two or three gallons. Lol or something. I don't know where the leak is..

Fill it with Chop Suey and Fried rice...allow the homeless to come over and serve themselves. Give them a fortune cookie afterwards that reads "80 million people can't be wrong"...doesn't really mean anything but it will get them thinking...man I am bored...
