Try to make a schedule for yourself so you can break up the work into smaller parts rather than thinking about it as one huge block of work. For example, try to accomplish some homework for one class during a block of time one afternoon, then take a break and do something that relaxes you (like exercise, tv, whatever) and then start back up again in the evening.

The biggest thing is to try to break up the work and do bits at a time so you don't get too overwhlemed.

The best way to stop the stress of homework is by controlling your homework load. You need to try and take a deep breath before you start your homework and hopefully some of these tips will help lessen the stress. 1) Talk to your teachers about your homework load -ask for assignments or a syllabus ahead of time so that you know what is coming 2) Buy yourself a wall calendar and update it routinely with test, quiz, and project due dates (this will help you organize how you tackle your homework) 3)Plan on spending 2-3 hours on homework a day. If you can work ahead, great! 4) When you sit down to start your homework, take a deep breath and write a TO DO list where you list everything you need to accomplish in those 2-3 hwk hours. 5) Keep a clean desk and study area so that you avoid distractions and have a place to do your work.
Most importantly, keep in mind that you can control the process. Stress is reduced when you are objective and you decide to take charge. Take charge, you can do it! Good Luck!

You should try to sit in a place where you can relax while doing your homework. A place is breezy. After you are done with your homework you can play video games, go outside etc. Another way to relieve stress is to take five minute breaks after doing like thirty minutes of work that way you can relax a bit. That can also lower you stress level to a minumum. Drink something, eat something or just sit on the couch for a couple minutes will make you feel much better. (Break time suggestions)

to reduce stress:

don't procrastinate
do your homework, but also take short breaks in between
balance your workload,
select what assignments to do today/tomorrow
make a schedule and stick with it
listen to light music, or better yet, to lower your chances of getting distracted, listen to music that doesn't have any lyrics
ask questions about work that you don't get
be confident
don't give up
relax

I am a student, too. sometimes, teachers give out a lot of homeworkthe all at same time as if they all held a meeting and said, "you know what, next week, let's give all our students homework all at the same time to put as much stress on them". it' could be very stressful. all you got to do is stay calm and not get distracted. just remember, two weeks from now, it would be all over.
good luck!

The only advice that I can give you was presented to me by a professor in college who really helped me not only in schoolwork but in dome real life situations.
1. Take one step at a time and pace yourself . Take breaks as needed.Take up a schedule and balance your time wisely and efficiently.
2. Do what you can do that does not take up much time but can lead to optimum results. After that, take it slowly but do it without not leaving yourself enough time to get the other work done and fail to achieve your goals.
3. Before starting your homework, sit back and relax and let yourself get over the stress of another day in the trenches. Meditate and if that does not work.Try to take a small afternoon nap once you get home and you might feel a sense of relief and calmness to alleviate some of the stress.
4. Do not allow distractions to destroy the inner peace which is eliminating your distress.
