I was watching Mad the other night with a few friends and we laughed so hard we got cramps, maybe we are just old. Anyway, switching over to SNL, it was humorous, but not laugh out loud funny like MAD. What do you think?

The Daily Show. It has the most innovative edgy, quirky silly impromptu pieces. There are more stars coming from there nowadays than either of those late night sketch comedies. I used to watch SNL all the time, but it really has gone downhill. Though with SNL there is always hope. MadTV is just not good. I get pissed watching it. I expect something to be funny, and it just lets me down everytime.

Only saw MadTV a couple times and I didn't think it was that funny. I watch SNL much more often, so I'd have to pick SNL.

SNL is funnier. MADTV is mostly justpeople being really really loud and annoying. SNL is more polished.
Also SNL has been the launcing pad for soooo many stars. What's MADTV ever done for someone's career....?

I'm not a big fan of Mad tv now but I love the classic ones that had Will Sasso and Nicole Sullivan in it

i imagine MAD television is "stupid" humorous, even as SNL is "smart" humorous... you regularly favor to carry close what's happening round you to understand SNL. even as i replaced into youthful I beloved MAD television (possibly because i did not recognize the present activities) yet now I perfer SNL.

i never really saw mad tv. but snl isnt funny anymore. it was better when will ferrell was on it. now its pretty gay
