Guilty until proven innocent, is that it? And once you convict him in your own mind (never mind the courts), you use it to convict the whole U.S.?

What nonsense. Are you totally ignorant of the concept of "Justice" that you misrepresent someone as convicted just so you can accuse us unjustly of hypocracy?

Actually there is good evidence to warrant an extradition but the Cuban Florida political lobby groups are too strong for the Republicans to allow. Thought the President was all up for locking up "suspected " terrorrists without trial, especially in Cuba.
