How do you call the?

ok, if an invoice has 4 identical pages (exactly the same in content and layout, but different in color), do you call the first page "original" ? How do you call the 2rd, 3rd, and 4th pages in English? Thanks.

Why not call the copies according to the destination of the copies? e.g.
1st Original Copy - Office Copy (White)
2nd Dispatch copy (Blue)
3rd Accounts copy (Yellow)
4th Delivery copy. (Green)

That's how our office used to do it. Each department had its own colour.

Or you could just call them by their colours.
