None. I can have either or both and even all of them if and when I choose. For me, my mind and health are more profound.

No two words in English mean exactly the same thing, because of different sources and associations. "Profound", which applies to thought is an odd word to associate with both rich and wealthy - but for my money, one can be "rich"in experience, wisdom, and suchlike, so one could be profoundly rich in such things; but one can only be wealthy in money or assets, neither of which can be measured in "profundity" whether one is very wealthy, extremely, or obscenely wealthy, or the rest. Not that wealth isn't extremely useful in enriching one's experience (the real substance of life?) - if one has the wisdom to use it in that way. But some can be rich consuming very little; the wealthy are largely measured by what they consume. It's an impoverished world, in more ways than one.

Being rich. Wealthy implies money as the currency. The currency of richness could be anything from one's health to a happy relationship, to the love of a child. Richness implies fullness and depth. Wealthy implies cash.

Wealth usually means abundance of money .Rich can mean having valuable possessions not necessarily money. So i would rather be rich in wisdom ,understanding, God's grace and humility, than wealthy in material things.

Whichever is more profound to the individual, it is a personal rather than universal thing.

The word "rich" usually means MONEY to me.....but the word "wealth" means ALOT. You have more than money when you have wealth. You have the love of the people around you ...a good job and a stable life...your comfortable and satisfied with yourself and what you have.
