It more of a question of good leaders, rather than a Republican/Democrat Debate.
Look at Johnson he was a Democrat and terrible president.
Bush is a republican and a terrible president
FDR and Eisenhower were opposite parties and yet both great presidents.
We need fresh new Ideas in Washington, and leaders that are not in the back pocket of Industrial America.
Clinton, McCain, and Romney would all be more of the same.
We need either Obama or Giuliani. We need someone who hasn't been rotting in Washington for decades making ties with companies rather than the Voters that elected them.

Unfortunately, probably not. Members of both parties are tied to the military-industrial complex which ensures their financial well being and continued employment as elected officials.
Even though November’s election was a statement against the Iraq war, the Democrats have moved about as swiftly as the Republicans have on immigration. Neither party really wants to change the way things are, they just pretend to in order to placate the public and keep their supporters voting.

Yes, I think they will. For about 4-8 years. Then it's back to Republicans. It's like a ping pong ball game where nobody really wins (certainly not the American people).

J and RFK wow, what a great loss to humanity. Always putting these two kings of conspiracy and lords of debauch as some kind of Saint. Fact is their deaths saved lives. Now I realize that ain't popular so go ahead. Every thumbs down just makes me laugh harder at you lemmings.

I sure hope so! I believe every one of us, who are fed up with the violence and the killing, needs to be out there being heard and helping in ANY WAY WE CAN!!! I'm not saying it would be right to stoop to their level but if that's what it takes to get our country back on the right track; then SO BE IT!!

No.
I faced the enemy and the enemy was me! Get it through your head; there is no difference. Both parties work for the same people and those people are not the American People but big business.
Vote for Ron Paul.

The Democrats has Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama as their standard bearers in 2008 with no real challengers from the Republicans according to polls and surveys.

Only if we all get off our behinds, put down the remote, and go vote. Otherwise we hand our future to the highest bidder.
