Micheal Jordan ( he doesnt use it politically, but his power as a sales symbol is second to none).
TD Jakes. he doesnt show his face nationally much, but he can mobilize the black community about as well as anyone.
Hon. Min. Lewis Farrakann. maybe the other person that has the power to mobilize the black community.
Denzel Washington/Will Smith. if they say something political, america will listen.
Oprah and Bill have influence as well, Mr. Cosby had more when he was on tv every week but even now can stir up the community with a few words.
Tiger. hes says we should fight global warming and people will follow. guareenteed.

For political power it's hard to get much higher than Condoleeza Rice.
As far as money goes, there's Robert L. Johnson, who I believe is one of the richest black men in America- worth 1.3 billion dollars. He's also the first black man to own a major professional sports franchise ( the NBA's Charlotte Bobcats).
