I exactly do not know but I read it in book that people of some countries say that their brothers and sisters were disappeared in an UFO. But at present no one has seen an UFO in the world.Hence people consider that there were no aliens because there is no proof to suggest this statement till now.

There are some sources...try looking at the sumerian history.
They were a race of people 6000 years ago who invented beer, religion, writing, mathematics, geometry and many others we use today.
Egyptians get more interest because not that many can translate the sumerian language. but a few people who can say that they speak about gods coming to earth and walking among them, they tell us that they created man by genetically engineering monkey man with their own DNA, this apparently happened 450,000 years ago and coincidentally evolution has trouble explaining how we evolved around that time too.
Also one of the tablets - they wrote their writing on stone tablets and one of them depicts a god giving early man the knowledge for agriculture and you see in the corner a complete map of our solar system...6000 years ago. every planet is in its right spot, perfectly distanced...whats intriguing about this is that we've only discovered over the last century some of the things the sumerians knew 6000 years ago..so it adds credibility to it

Thousands of web sites and books notwithstanding, there is no evidence anywhere that this planet has ever been visited by aliens. A few bacteria-like organisms are a possibility but that's it.

Not that I'm aware of. But it remains an interesting theory with a lot of people who believe it may be true and explain a number of (undisputable) artifacts that seem to be 'out of place' in the generally accepted timeline of mans development and history.
