Sure, there are a lot of songs that shouldn't be played on the radio but no matter what songs you ban you will be upsetting some percentage of people. I personally would like to never have to here Fergie on the radio ever, and I'm sure that there are people yelling at me right now for even saying that but it's true. So I can feel that a song shouldn't be aired on the radio but then there would only be so many people backing me up on that, and probably a lot more people disagreeing with me.

Personally, I think the songs that really should not be aired are the GOOD songs because they get destroyed on the radio.... example: Nickelback songs...
Yes there are terrible songs aired, and some inappropriate.... BUT I absolutely hate it when the radio (every station) starts playing a song i really like every 15 minutes because then it's no longer enjoyable to listen to. This is why i rarely listen to the radio anymore.

Not when it contains a lot of profanity or things of that nature, no, otherwise I think the whole idea of censorship these days has gone a little too far.

YES tons of songs are completely inappropriate. Most of the rap and hip-hop is so dirty, and to make things worse, it's geared towards young people. disgusting
