The Wrestling Observer has reported that he trashed a hotel room and as a result, he was sent home for the rest of the tour to return at Backlash. There is still a suspension but only until Backlash. The report you heard about on Raw about Orton vs. Edge is a false ad from WWE just to throw off the retarded wrestling sites like WrestleZone.com (the same people that said the Katie Vick angle was a hit). The original suspension was going to be until after Backlash, resulting in his spot in the match being pulled. But WWE will still issue the fine.

As noted earlier today, the WWE web site gave this one line, saying "WWE has taken action against Randy Orton for unprofessional conduct." At this point he's being punished with what is believed to be a fine, but no suspension. Vince McMahon was apparently mad because WWE was the last to report on a major story on his own talent, but he didn't want the full story reported either so WWE's main website guy Michael Cole was only allowed to put up one line

It's true that he destroyed a hotel room while he was on the European Tour and the damage cost was about $30,000.
WWE are thinking about taking him out of the main event at Backlash, but hopefully they don't!
He wasn't on RAW this past week because he was sent back to the U.S.A because of his behavior and Vince didn't want this posted on WWE.COM.
But if you want to find out more, go to wrestlezone.com, its a great site for wrestling. But I should warn you, it does have spoilers!
I hope this helps!
