I think the full service stations are great for women who are single or widowed and don't have a husband or father to check their oil, pump their gas, etc. I have never known a man to use one but maybe there is.

I have only one in my area and at 25 cents a gallon more to have them pump it, forget it

in my Area of Monroe, Michigan I don't think we have any full service? hmm I have not seen any...but I think it would be a good idea as some people would use this service..the women who are dressed up and also the men for the same reason..also some who is elderly or handicapped? well, some people will gladly pay for the privilege and it would create employment as I used to pump gas many years ago...but that's when that's all there was..there was no self service but we only got about $1.25 an hour...and we had to clean the windshield and check the oil and other fluids if the customer wanted it..and we would do repairs like replacing wiper blades..fan belts..etc etc..

There aren't any full service gas station around here. We have no choice but to pump it ourselves.

Women are perfectly capable of pumping their own gas and checking their own oil! My sister does.

I live in Oregon. You're not allowed to pump your own gas here, so it's all full service. It took some getting used to when I first moved here, but in the winter, it's fabulous.

I usually go to a self service one, but when its really cold out, and blizzardy, like in Canada, then yaaaa full service- baby! all the way.

SOME OF US LADIES USE THE SELF SERVICE STATIONS I CAN CHCK MY OIL AND FILL MY GAS TANK PROBABLY AS GOOD AS ANY MAN. AND I HAVE A GREAT HUSBAND
