lots of people have covered this song, but two versions tend to be heard the most. originally, this is bob dylan's song, but guns 'n' roses did a pretty popular cover of this back in the late 80s/early 90s, too.

Its Bob Dylan's song, wrote & sang it originally, but other groups have done it too. I think Guns & Roses did a copy, not positive?

As others have indicated, it was written by Dylan.
It's been covered hundreds of times, including by GnR and Bronz. So if you're referring to a specific version, there'd have to be something about the song you could mention?
