Try asking your Uncle or whoever knows her well what her favorite bands are. If you can't do that, try and determine the overall mood of the video. It's a birthday, so naturally the video should be a part of the celebration. Look for a "celebration-song" (and go for one she'll actually recognize)! the first thing that popped into my head was a real or karaoke version of a Fleetwood Mac song - look them up and see if any of them work. Try and post another question with more info on the video, too, I think that might draw more answers.
