Where do I file complaint for problems with my us postal delivery.?

Question

My mail is taking forever. If not, being delivered to the wrong address at least once a week. I have tried everything and feel the more I complain, the worse it gets. My bills are arriving after due dates. This has caused numerous problems. The post master has not shown for 2 appointments and I am totally frustrated. Please help

File a damage suit against the US Postal Service at the small claims court that has jurisdiction over your residence.
