you should not feel embarrassed ,that's why mirrors were invented, i would rather see some one checking out them selves and to see if they were presentable then not care about what they look like it shows self esteem and it is good and positive, i would say if you stayed looking for over fifteen minutes i wound be a little worried,I'm certain anyone who has a mirror has done the same thing its an instinct not to be vain but to check your appearance

I dont get embarrassed, but then I am really not a regular at looking in the mirror. I usually have a reason, like putting makeup on, or checking if the outfit I am wearing is not hiked up into my undies.

well just the other day my neighbor was over and as he was coming out the bathroom he saw me in my bedroom looking in the mirror at my breast. I was not embarrassed at all because they are firm and very nice looking. I mean very firm for a woman of my age. Aren't they supposed to flop after 35?

I didn't think females had this complex, only guys... anyways nobody wants to be caught admiring themselves, vanity isn't a good character trait in the most attractive person... although, I try to walk by mirrors without looking, and always fail, thinking to myself "who's that sexy mofo... oh it's me" hehe

I usually do that at home. What was embarrassing is that I was doing yoga with about twenty other women and when I went to get up I farted. What made it worse is that there was total silence in the room when it happened. I paused for a second and then I got up looking at the person next to me like they did it.

Yes, its quite embarrassing checking yourself out in a car windows reflection only to learn someone is sitting in there watching you!

I feel more embarrassed when somebody catches me checking them out. I generally am not in situations that cause me to check out myself...I find myself ugly and would prefer to look at pretty women anyhow!
