I will always remember one thing a college professor told me. Know one knows after you graduate if you got a 2.0 or 4.0. It does not show your grade on your degree but it shows you finished what you started. Find a way to get that degree or maybe you have enough credits for a lower degree like and associates etc. I am not saying do not try because that is just nuts but you better have a good reason you did not finish. You got hit by a bus, you got shipped off to war.. whatever. I know there is a reason you did not complete and if its a good one many companies will over look it. If you show passion about the job your going for and not just another fish in the sea you might just get hired, but you would have to dassle the interviewer. If they don't ask if you graduated don't tell them. Education:.... univ of major in.... and leave it at that. Degree earned... pending..
when they ask tell them you you ran out of money and are planning on going to night school to cmplete the courses.. what ever.. but I woudl say go for the job you want with passion.. better then always wondering what if I had for the rest of your life.

No offense, but dream on! Jobs like this come 1 in a million! Did you not ever see the movie, the Devil Wears Prada? and it is not as fun as you may think to work at a big fashion company. The bosses and people there can be really mean!

Depends on what kind of job you would like to hold in these big companies. For very important positions, they will surely look at paper qualifications. If you are willing to start from the bottom or near bottom, I believe you stand a chance of getting the job. Once you are in, you need to work hard and prove your worth to the company. Companies big or small are always looking for people who are willing to learn and have a positive attitude.

I see no reason why not. Of course it all depends on your major and what job you are looking for.
